1. Supplier
The supplier is CallTech Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration 2017/128616/07, operating from South Africa. Customer service: admin@calltech.co.za and +27 (0) 81 888 1888. Registered and legal address: 1397 Starkey Avenue, Waverley, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0186, South Africa.
2. Website use
Website content is provided for general business information and to describe CallTech's services. Service descriptions may evolve. A website description does not by itself create a fixed quotation, guarantee availability or replace a written scope.
3. Quotations and acceptance
A binding service engagement is formed when CallTech and the customer agree the relevant scope and commercial terms, including through an accepted quotation, signed agreement, authorised purchase order, written acceptance or other legally valid method. The applicable document should identify the service, price, taxes or fees, payment milestones, delivery assumptions and important exclusions.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices displayed as from or starting at are indicative only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final charges are confirmed before payment. VAT and third-party costs are handled as shown on the quotation or invoice. Customers should not infer a fixed total from an indicative hourly rate.
5. Payment
Payments are accepted only for legitimate CallTech services. Electronic payments may be processed through Paystack or another approved provider. A customer must use the correct invoice, quotation or payment reference. CallTech will not ask a customer to submit a card PIN, CVV or full card number by email, contact form or WhatsApp.
6. Delivery and customer dependencies
Delivery times depend on the agreed scope and on timely access, information, approvals, credentials, hardware, software, third-party services and customer cooperation. Delays caused by missing dependencies may move timelines. CallTech will communicate material delivery changes where reasonably possible.
7. Changes and additional work
Work outside the accepted scope may require a change request, revised quotation, additional hours or a separate engagement. CallTech will seek authorisation before charging for material out-of-scope work.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the specific service agreement and applicable South African law. Amounts relating to work already performed, non-recoverable third-party costs or legitimately committed resources may affect the refund calculation where lawful.
9. Recurring services
Managed SLA, support retainers, hosting or managed automation services may be recurring. The minimum term, renewal basis, cancellation notice and recurring price will be stated in the relevant agreement or quotation. Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, statutory cancellation rights are preserved.
10. Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools, templates, know-how and reusable components remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables will follow the accepted project terms. Third-party products remain subject to their own licences.
11. Confidentiality and information security
Each party should protect confidential information received for the engagement and use it only for legitimate service purposes, subject to law. Customers must not send highly sensitive credentials through unsecured channels unless specifically instructed to use an approved secure method.
12. Warranties and service quality
CallTech will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Specific warranties, SLAs, response times, acceptance criteria or remediation commitments apply only where stated in writing or required by law.
13. Third-party platforms
Some work depends on Microsoft, AWS, hosting providers, telecommunications services, payment processors, software vendors or other third parties. CallTech is not responsible for outages or changes outside its reasonable control, but will provide reasonable support within the agreed scope.
14. Liability
Any limitation or exclusion of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and the specific agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes statutory consumer rights.
15. Complaints and disputes
Billing or service complaints should be sent to admin@calltech.co.za with the relevant reference. The parties should first try to resolve the issue directly. South African law applies unless the relevant written agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
16. Electronic communications
Customers consent to ordinary business communication by email and other agreed electronic channels. Formal notices should be sent to the addresses stated in the applicable agreement or on the Company Information page.
17. Changes to these terms
CallTech may update website terms prospectively. Changes do not retroactively rewrite a separately executed agreement unless the parties lawfully agree to the change.
