What CallTech sells
CallTech supplies professional ICT and business technology services, including infrastructure support; Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint and Azure services; Power BI and Dynamics 365 support; endpoint management including SCCM and Intune Hybrid; cyber security and governance preparation; managed IT and SLA support; project management and technical delivery; and scoped automation services such as CRM workflows, lead capture, chatbots, business dashboards and backend integrations.
Price and payment
CallTech is primarily a quotation-based professional services business. The full price, VAT treatment where applicable, third-party costs, deposit requirements, recurring charges and any other fees are confirmed in a quotation, invoice or service agreement before payment. Payments may be made through Paystack or another approved method stated on the invoice. No customer should pay an amount that does not match an issued CallTech reference.
Delivery and fulfilment
Service start dates and delivery timelines depend on scope, resource availability, required access, customer dependencies and third-party systems. The expected start date, milestones and completion basis are confirmed in writing for project work. Standard remote support can begin after scope, authorisation and payment conditions are satisfied.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the service, cancellation timing, work already performed, committed resources, third-party costs and applicable South African law. CallTech does not use a blanket no-refunds rule.
Privacy and payment security
Personal information is processed for enquiries, service delivery, support, billing, legal and compliance obligations, and legitimate administration in line with the Privacy Policy. Payment credentials must never be submitted through the contact form, email or WhatsApp. Paystack-powered payments use Paystack's payment infrastructure.
Transaction records and disputes
Customers should retain the quotation, invoice, service agreement, payment confirmation and relevant correspondence. CallTech retains business and transaction records for periods required by law, tax, accounting, contract, dispute resolution and legitimate operational needs.
Customers should first contact admin@calltech.co.za with the invoice or transaction reference and a concise description of the issue. CallTech will attempt to resolve service or billing disputes directly and fairly. Nothing in these policies removes statutory rights or access to an applicable regulator, ombud, consumer body or court.
