1. Secure payment provider
Where Paystack is used, customers complete the payment through Paystack-powered infrastructure. CallTech's normal website enquiry forms are not intended to collect full payment-card credentials.
2. What CallTech may receive
For reconciliation and support, CallTech may receive transaction information such as payer or customer details, amount, payment reference, status and timestamps. CallTech should not need a card PIN, CVV or full card number to assist with an invoice or refund request.
3. Never send card secrets
Do not send a card PIN, CVV, one-time password, online-banking password or full card number to CallTech by email, WhatsApp, contact form or ordinary chat. If someone claiming to be CallTech requests these secrets, stop and contact administration using the details published on this website.
4. Payment verification
Before paying, confirm that the merchant is CallTech Technologies (Pty) Ltd, the amount matches the quotation or invoice and the service is correctly described. Keep the transaction reference and payment confirmation.
5. Website transport security
CallTech's production website should remain HTTPS-only with a valid TLS certificate. The cPanel package includes HTTPS redirection and browser security headers through .htaccess where supported by the hosting environment.
6. Incident reporting
Suspected payment fraud, impersonation or an incorrect transaction should be reported promptly to admin@calltech.co.za or +27 (0) 81 888 1888. For card or banking compromise, customers should also contact their bank or payment provider immediately.
